Website Text Messages Are So 1999

Text platforms on websites don’t work because nobody wants to start a conversation.
They want instant answers, hand-holding, and zero friction.
A plain text platform is like putting a "Contact Us" form in 1999 and hoping someone feels motivated enough to fill it out. Spoiler: they don’t.
A chatbot forces action.
It initiates the conversation.
It guides them.
It removes decision-making.
It handles objections live.
It funnels them toward conversion without making them think.
No chatbot = dead website traffic.
Chatbot = live, breathing sales machine on autopilot.
👉 Attention spans are microscopic.
👉 Trust is low.
👉 Speed wins.
If you're not spoon-feeding your visitors with a chatbot, you're losing them faster than you can say "bounce rate."
