Mobile apps are being adopted quickly by schools to engage parents who grew up on the web and expect communication to be fast and convenient. Schools that have adopted mobile apps see greater involvement from parents, grandparents and other stakeholders like alumni.
Juli Snyder, Director of External Relations for St. John’s, said, “We anticipate that the successful launch of our new mobile app will allow school leaders to connect with many aspects of the Titan community in a much more efficient and streamlined manner. “
The SJJ App was developed by WhizFish, a Maumee, Ohio digital marketing company that has published apps for other Diocese of Toledo Schools and schools, both private and public across the country, including being awarded sole vendor status with the nation’s largest school system, the New York City Department of Education every year since 2014
The app, available in both the App Store and Google Play can be found by searching St. John’s Jesuit HS and Academy.
